A friend said that I should make sure I do more than just cardio on the treadmill and suggested that I consider using the stationary bike. My response was that it would squeeze my butt and make my workout difficult to complete. He then suggested standing to which I replied, 'working up to it'.
I took up the challenge in my last two workout days. The first time I did 2 sets of 10 minutes with lots of stops. Today I did 2 sets of 10 minutes with 30 second breaks every 5 minutes and a 1 Minute break at the 10 minute mark.
My progress on day two was my determination to stand for the entire workout. Lesson: It is never impossible, though it may time some time to work up to it.
